FAN ART AND OTHER CREATIONS
NeverNever has very devoted fans ... besides getting e-mails for the past year, I've also received some very cool fan artwork! Not bad for a strip that was on an indefinite hiatus...
MOPSY by Thomas K. Dye - Thomas, creator of Newshounds, did this little doodle while sitting around bored at Further Confusion 2002, and I just couldn't let it go to waste!
EQUAL HEIGHTS FOR FAERIES by Shay Alexander Caron - A nice little brainmesser of a pic by the talent behind /Protection/ and Comicollage, as well as the webmaster of Natalie Port's Mariposa Revelation. How he had time to draw this, I have no idea!
BIGGER MESS by Jess Idres - Jess Idres, creator of the Yin and Yang comic, sent this cool piece of fanart featuring her character Robin Goodfellow, and Col. Beowulf, swapping war stories.
MOPSY TAGGED! by James McCoy - There she goes, sneaking carrots out of the fridge again! Mopsy caught in a rare moment of visibility, by the superbly talented James McCoy, Suburban Jungle guest artist and general pooka fan.
ARTHUR, BEOWULF, AND MOPSY by Ralph Hayes, Jr. - This was the first piece of fan art I ever received, a nice pic featuring Arthur, Mopsy, and Col. Beowulf., drawn by Ralph Hayes, Jr., the very talented creator of Nip and Tuck, Under the Lemon Tree, and, of course, his own website!
FICTION: THE VISIT, by D. Keith Howington - Tiffany Tiger and Mopsy the Pooka both make sudden and unannounced visits to a NeverNever fan's office -- neither one realizing that the other is on the way! Don't let the Continuity Cops hear about this one...
This Looks Like Fun! I Wanna Send Some! - Mere words cannot express how grateful I feel when people really want to take the time to honor my little scribbles. If you are one of those terrific people, then by all means e-mail me what you've done. I only ask that the work be, well, y'know ... "appropriate."
Hey You Jerk, Where's My Piece??? - I have received some other pieces which, due to difficulties with servers or my just generally being a bum, have gotten lost in the shuffle. If you've sent me something and it hasn't showed up here, please, PLEASE e-mail me the piece again and accept my apologies.
